Dr. Thomas J. Locke, III born in Vidalia, Georgia raised in<br>SW Atlanta, did his undergraduate study at Princeton University.  He graduated from medical school at Howard University-where he also completed his internship.  He<br>completed residency training at George Washington University.  Dr. Locke is board certified in Internal<br>Medicine and Emergency Medicine.  He is also certified in Aesthetics.  He is a member of the American<br> Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.  His practice philosophy<br>centers around all aspects of personal image enhancement services.  Dr Locke has extensive training and professional<br>practice experience in all aspects of body contouring.
