Creekview Wrestling Recognized At Cherokee Board Of Education
Top Grizzly wrestlers get kudos from Superintendent Dr. Frank Petruzielo and Cherokee County Board of Education Members
Proud parents and top students from all over Cherokee County descended on the Cherokee County Board of Education meeting Thursday night. Among those being recognized for their stellar performances this year, were the Creekview Grizzly wrestlers. Creekview shattered their prior school records by sending a program high 12 wrestlers to State Sectionals. Nine of those would advance to the State Traditional tournament and five would place, including a state finalist for the first time at Creekview. Head Coach Wyatt Wilkie was there, as always in support of his boys. Dr. Adrian Thomason, Creekview's Principal, was in attendance as well.
