Video: Bomb Threats in Canton

Around 10:54 a.m. today, a man called from a pay phone in Atlanta. The person said there was a bomb at the Cherokee County Justice Center.

No bomb devices were found during sweeps of the Cherokee County Justice Center and the Historic Courthouse today, but authorities have received word of a second bomb threat in Cherokee, the spokesman for the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office said this afternoon. Around 10:54 a.m. today, a man called from a pay phone in Atlanta. The person said there was a bomb at the Cherokee County Justice Center. "The information was provided by Atlanta 911 who advised they had received a call from a pay phone in Atlanta and a male voice made the threat," Lt. Jay Baker said.
