If all it takes is false allegations to rile up the Ayn Rand cultists, I would have done that a longRead More time ago. How's this? Kelly Marlow and Robert Trim are the same person. Well actually conjoined with his hand working her mouth.

Nothing false about saying that CCA mismanaged their money. How long before CCA parents realize thatRead More CCUSA isn't going to keep bailing CCA out of debt every year? Their management company is in it for profit, remember? Who is CCA's crack accountant that didn't ACCOUNT for county taxes. I'd like to know what's in his piggy bank.

It's going in Mr.p pocket

If you'd like to see where the money is going, the budget is available at the district office inRead More Canton. It's right there, in the lobby. You're more than welcome to look at it during business hours. If you'd like a copy, the staff will make one for the cost of the copying, which is pennies per page. TLC, your accusation of it going in Dr. P's pocket is ridiculous.

If the county would stop give bonusie and raises to the bosses and stop moving people around soRead More they can up there pay and get rid of the people that don't do the hard work of cleaning the schools and cutting the grass. I want to know when this idiot school superintendent is going to get the boot he is going to ruin this county and bankrupt this county just like he did in his past countys he was at

That girl in front of photo 4 actually looks like my mohter. She was born in 65- so the pictureRead More would have had to be taken in the early 70s. And she went to RM Moore elementary

Photo #1: This is a picture of my grandmother, Guynelle Fowler and her first grade class atRead More Woodstock Elementary School. She only taught first grade both at Woodstock and Blackwell Elementary in Cobb County. Not sure of the year but think it was in the late 50's.

What is allowed under state law?
Richard March 30, 2013 at 04:59 pm
Actually, if you go to the state website and investigate the 2013 System Summaries, you'll see thatRead More the numbers differ. It says 87.8% of CCSD 8th graders met or exceeded. I'd like to know where CCSD gets the 92% figure they are touting. Perhaps that's without ESOL and SPED students?
Terry Tucker March 30, 2013 at 08:52 pm
Freedom Middle School same demographics. Cherokee Charter tested 49 kids: 94% meets or exceeds.Read More Freedom tested 362. 95% meets or exceeds. CCA's results are nice but impressive? Not really. http://www.gadoe.org/Curriculum-Instruction-and-Assessment/Assessment/Pages/WA-Grade-8-Statewide-Scores.aspx

Good point. There were over 40 public schools in Georgia that beat all of the schools in CherokeeRead More County (district or charter). A good number of those higher performing schools are in Gwinnett County.
