I'm never going back here again. After getting diagnosed with spondylolisthesis, the doctor first refused to prescribe me any pain meds, saying that I would have to talk to a specialist for those. That would be fine if he hadn't avoided my calls for a week and had instead just told me that up front.
Then I made an appointment to get an examination to see if I qualify for a handicapped parking spot and a wheelchair. First I had to call the office twice to get the appointment scheduled - the lady who said she would call me back never did, of course. Then they called back the next day and they cancelled the appointment, saying they couldn't help me. They didn't give me an option, they just cancelled it. Then they hung up on me mid-sentence. Rude! They are unhelpful.
I have been in healthcare for 22 years and LOVE this practice. They are extremely helpful and have returned calls in a timely manner. I don't understand the 2 negative reviews on here. Oh well.....like anything, some people have a positive experience, some a negative. They have always done a great job for my family!
