Jazzercise offers a variety of fitness classes, including jazz dance, dance aerobics, yoga, kickboxing, strength training, and Pilates. Classes incorporate jazz, funk, rock, country and top-40 music. Sixty-minute classes incorporate a 30-minute cardio section, warm-up, cool down, strength segment and stretching. Jazzercise is located in the gym of Hopewell Baptist Church.

I have been doing Jazzercise for 32 years and I have NEVER been bored. The thing I love most is that it is a total body work-out.

Jazzercise is hands down the best exercise program around! You work every muscle, you can adjust the intensity to your liking and your body's ability, and the music is current and fun - what's not to like? The Sixes location is brand new, and mats and weights are provided. Best of all, Jazzercise has the nicest people around, from the instructors to the registrars to your fellow Jazzercisers - try it, you'll LOVE it!!

Jazzercise is an excellent exercise program. It is a total workout with a great cardio and weight training. I love it!!! It is so much fun dancing your way to healthy all to the current music. I love the sixes location . It is brand spanking new with lots of room and a great weight set. I love jazz because you can really make it your own personal work out it. It works it you are 12 or 70 .Sixes has great instructors who make it more fun to sweat yourself to happy!!

Best way to work out, start your day! Meet new friends and bring the ones you already have. If you love music and love to dance what better way to exercise than to the current hits with great moves.
