Jazzercise offers a variety of fitness classes, including jazz dance, dance aerobics, yoga, kickboxing, strength training, and Pilates. Classes incorporate jazz, funk, rock, country and top-40 music. Sixty-minute classes incorporate a 30-minute cardio section, warm-up, cool down, strength segment and stretching. Jazzercise is located in the gym of Hopewell Baptist Church.
