Theatre Auditions, Early Voting This Week in Canton

We have the rundown on what's happening this week in Canton.

As you get back into the groove of the work week, Canton-Sixes Patch will keep you updated on what's happening this week in Canton:

  • Early voting to fill the House District 22 seat continues today at the Cherokee County Elections and Voter Registration Office in downtown Canton. Voting will be held between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m today, tomorrow, Thursday and Friday. No voting will be held on Wednesday as the office will be closed for New Year's Day.
  • You can take your undecorated Christmas tree to Boling Park as part of Bring One For The Chipper. Residents will be allowed to recycle their trees for free on Saturday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. For more information on the event, contact Wendy Wendy Muenzer at (770) 720-7674 or wendy.muenzer@canton-georgia.com.
  • On Jan. 5, 6 and 7, the Cherokee Theatre Company will hold auditions for its musical "Comedy Tonight." Call (770) 591-0282 for more information.
