Milton 38, Cherokee 14 – The Warriors took on their second Region 6-AAAAA foe of the season in Milton on Aug. 26, this time not faring as well as they did in Week 1 in their win over North Forsyth. turned the ball over three times, which spelled doom for the Warrior, who were paced by quarterback Mason Key who scored both touchdowns for Cherokee.
Creekview 24, Sequoyah 14 – has won three of its last four games over Sequoyah after beating the Chiefs by 10 points on Aug 26. Creekview’s Riley Davis hauled in six passes for 121 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 54 yards on six carries.
