Warriors Fight to Stay out of Basement

Here's what's happening in high school athletics in Canton-Sixes Patch on April 11.

The (7-9, 1-3) baseball team will be playing for pride on Monday when the Warriors host the Woodstock Wolverines (9-10, 0-5). The two teams are holding up the bottom of the Region 5-AAAAA standings and will be fighting to stay out of that deaded cellar-swellar spot in the standings. First pitch is scheduled for 5:55 p.m.

Creekview and Cherokee will compete in the Cherokee County Championships at Canton Country Club at 2 p.m.
