The Cherokee Lady Warriors started the season off right with a 58-26 victory over Pickens High Tuesday night at home.

The boys team edged past Pickens with a 53-51 victory on two successful free throws from Jeremiah Gill in the final seconds of the game.

Up next: The will face in the Annual Cherokee County Tip-Off at on Mon., Nov. 21. Girls start at 4 p.m. while the boys start at 5:30 p.m.
