Holly Springs Walmart To Open June 4
A ribbon cutting and grand opening will be held 7:30 a.m. for the store located on Holly Springs Parkway at Hiram Way.
A new big box retailer coming to Holly Springs is less than two weeks away from its grand opening.
Holly Springs City Manager Rob Logan said Walmart will hold a grand opening and ribbon cutting at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 4 at its new store, located on Holly Springs Parkway at Hiram Way.
The 180,000-square-feet store and fuel center will have its traditional line-up of items to offer customers, including general merchandise, groceries stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables, a bakery and deli, a pharmacy and a section on health-related products.
The site, which is 30 acres, will also contain 30,000 square feet of retail space for businesses and additional stores.
The store is still looking to hire between 30 and 40 people for the store, and applications can be filled out online.
