Sprint Honors Creekview Student

1. Canton resident Sean Andreassen was named a 2011 Sprint Youth Community Champion for his volunteer efforts with the Habitat for Humanity-North Central Georgia. "Andreassen is an avid volunteer with Habitat for Humanity who assists with framing, siding, painting and any other projects that need to be done," Habitat's Kristyn Johnson said in a news release. "Andreassen became so involved with the program that he even started a Habitat for Humanity club at – a club that grew to more than 40 members. Andreassen has helped to raise over $8,000 this year for a Habitat home that he and his fellow Habitat Club members will help to build."

The Sprint Foundation awarded a $1,250 grant to Habitat for Humanity-North Central Georgia, Andreassen's designated charity.
