Nick Can Do It All

●     Nick's Accomplishments: After conquering kindergarten, Nick is ready to tackle first grade in the fall. "Nick can now read on a first grade level, write full sentences, count to 100, and add and subtract numbers," said his mother, Meredith Germain.

Nick is also proving himself to be a great sportsman, taking home an MVP award from soccer camp this summer. And when he is not on the soccer field, "he also likes playing tennis, baseball, and basketball," she said.

●     Nick's Key to Awesomeness: "Nicholas Germain is a wonderful young boy," said his kindergarten teacher, Patricia Massengale. "He gives 100 percent to every single thing he does in school. I enjoy teaching Nicholas. Most of all, I love Nicholas's hugs!"

Nick is spending his summer "going out on the lake, riding his bike at Blankets Creek, swimming at the pool and going off the diving board," his mother said.
