Charter Responds, But Tension Remains

According to information the district released this afternoon, Cherokee Charter Academy officials reversed their stance and submitted the information.
But school system spokeswoman Barbara Jacoby said the response, which didn't include names or home addresses of students, is insufficient and includes a smaller count than the 995 students chosen to attend the school during a May lottery.
