Canton, Ball Ground Students Inducted Into Honor Society

Two of the newest members of the Society for Collegiate Journalists at Reinhardt University hail from Cherokee County.

Samantha Canuel, a senior English major from Canton, and Kelsey Swofford, a freshman digital art and graphic design major from Ball Ground, were recently inducted into the honor society for their outstanding work in the field.

Membership in the Society for College Journalists is earned by students who work for an accredited communications medium and who have shown time and again a strong commitment to the principles of journalism. Membership is conferred only through recognition of the student's work by his or her peers.
