The Downtown Kitchen at 140 East Marietta St. is one of Canton's most popular dining facilities. Canton-Sixes Patch readers named it their favorite downtown business in the 2012 Readers' Choice Awards.
Recently, the third floor of the building which houses the Downtown Kitchen has opened up for a new tenant. The site boasts off-street parking, which is important in a crowded downtown such as Canton's.
According to CityFeet.com, the open space on the third floor has an area of 1,200 square feet and is set up as an office condominium. There are three large offices and a reception area, which makes the site ideal for professionals such as attorneys or accountants. Rent for the property is $1,200 a month.
