Canton Realtor, Team Tops in Country

A Cherokee County Realtor and her team of agents were recently recognized as the top producers in the real estate industry.

ERA Real Estate recognized Becky Babcock and her team at Path & Post were recognizes as the No. 1 residential producers, raking in $1.35 million in adjusted commission income last year, according to a press release from Path & Post.

Babcock was also named the No. 3 agent in the country, netting a total of 228 sales. 

Babcock led her team to an impressive 47% year-over-year increase in properties sold from the previous year.

Babcock's Path & Post team is known for walking with their clients along the path of buying or selling, according to its press release. The company delivers a "unique combination of high tech marketing and real estate tools" to develop long-term relationships with their clients.

ERA Real Estate, a leading global real estate franchisor, also named Babcock as one of three finalists for the 2013 Brenda W. Casserly Memorial award.

ERA Real Estate’s highest honor for a sales associate, the award is presented annually to the company’s top all-around agent.

In addition to ranking No. 1 in income and No. 3 in units sold in the US, and earning the Top All-Around agent nomination, Babcock is also a finalist for the Jim Jackson Memorial Award as one of the top 5 agents in the US for customer satisfaction based on actual client surveys after closing. 

Babcock will be honored during the ERA® 2014 International Business Conference, which will be held March 24-27 at L.A. Live in Los Angeles.
