2. The graduated from in May. According to South Carolina media reports, ο»ΏSavannah Kinkaid of Canton diedο»Ώ Monday, three days after nearly drowning at a Garden City, SC, beach. Principal Debra Murdock emailed a statement to Canton-Sixes Patch on Tuesday. "The Cherokee High School Family of Warriors is devastated by the loss of Savannah," she said. "Savannah was an exceptionally bright, kind and compassionate young woman. Savannah was exceptionally talented and mature beyond her years. She was the epitome of style and grace.
