Commissioner Harry Johnston Will Host Town Hall On Monday

Cherokee County District 1 Commissioner Harry Johnston will give residents an opportunity to meet with him to discuss various issues.

Johnston will hold a town hall from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday April 1 at the county administration building in Canton. 

Monday's meeting is the second in a series of town hall meetings by Johnston.

Topics of discussion could include, but are not limited to: parks construction program, the Resource Recovery Development Authority recycling facility, county budget and taxation, and the potential for fire services merger between the city of Canton and Cherokee County.
