Canton Issues Boil Water Advisory After Water Main Break

Several subdivisions in the city are under a boil water advisory until further notice.

The city of Canton is actively working to repair a water main break that has propelled it to issue a boil water advisory for most of its residents on the east side of the city.

Residents and businesses affected by the break have experienced low water pressure or have no water at all.

The city has implemented a boil water advisory for a dozen neighborhoods and subdivisions until further notice: Hillcrest, Rose Ridge, Indian Springs, Pebble Brook, Governors Walk, Park Brook, Birchwood, Oak Ridge Estates, Cherokee Overlook, Mountain View, Laurels at Greenwood, Walden Crossing Apartments and the residential areas of Breeze Hill Court and Breeze Hill Lane.
