Woman's Body Found In Apartment Complex Lake in Cherokee
The woman was found Thursday afternoon near Acworth.
The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating what happened to a woman who was found dead in an apartment complex lake on Thursday.
The woman has been identified as 74-year-old Betty West.
Lt. Jay Baker of the sheriff’s office said the body was found at Walden Pond apartments near Acworth, according to the AJC.
