Cherokee Sheriff's Office Outlines Reporting Procedures

The agency each year reminds the public who they can contact to report positive or negative behavior by employees.

The Cherokee Sheriff's Office is once again informing the public of its procedures to report commendations or allegations of misconduct by employees.

The process, which is advertised each year, is designed to "maintain integrity and ensure the public's trust" in the sheriff's office, the agency said in a news release.

Sheriff Roger Garrison wants the public to report any incident of misconduct or to praise employees for their exceptional job performance.
