Wells was arrested on Dec. 9 for possession of firearms by a convicted felon, discharge of a firearm on the property of another, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, misdemeanor theft by taking, burglary, public drunkenness, possession of marijuana (less than one ounce), loitering or prowling and reckless conduct.
