Canton Police Searching for Burglary Suspect

The suspect is believed to be behind a string of burglaries in the Great Sky neighborhood.

The Canton Police Department needs the assistance of the public to stop a burglar who has been targeting the Great Sky neighborhood.

According to a department statement, the burglar struck several times in Great Sky between April 19 and April 22 and may have been spotted in Mountain View on May 3. Investigators believe the suspect may knock on the front and rear doors of the target house to make sure nobody is home before entering.

The department has described the suspect as a older white male, 5-foot-8 to six feet tall, medium build, with short salt-and-pepper hair. He may be unshaven. He was last seen wearing a blue fleece shirt, jeans, and flip flops.
