The Canton Police Department is turning to the public to help identify the man whose body was found behind the Canton Marketplace on Sunday morning.
The man is being described as a 20-30 year old Hispanic, standing at 5'6" and weighing 150 to 160 lbs. He has brown eyes and black hair and has no scars or tattoos.
He was discovered wearing blue jeans, a gray button down shirt and a gray and black Aeropostale brand fleece jacket. He was also wearing black Sperry Topsider shoes, black Joe Boxer socks and gray Calvin Klein boxer briefs.
Anyone who knows the identity of this man is urged to contact the police by calling 911 or (770) 720-4883.
Every little bit of info helps. Have you contacted the police with this information? Best, Justin
I suspect a sketch of the man and results of the autopsy will be forthcoming in the next few days; I played phone tag with the county coroner and the GBI to learn the police are in charge of releasing the autopsy info. In the meantime, why not submit a photo of Eddie to me (click my e-mail address on the top left corner of the page) and I can pass it along to the police? Best, Justin
Yeah, that's something I'd rather not have to think about. I hope their sketch artists can help us figure out who this person is soon! Best, Justin
