Canton Man Charged After Texting, Calling Alpharetta Girls

The suspect was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and with supplying a minor with alcohol.

A 35-year-old Canton man was charged last week with a felony and a misdemeanor after Alpharetta police were told he had been excessively texting juveniles and providing one girl with alcohol.

A Hopewell Plantation mother said a man had been excessively texting and calling her two juvenile daughters, calling one daughter 17 times and the other 20 times in less than 24 hours. The mother called police when she saw a vehicle pull into her driveway at 4:15 p.m. on June 12.

The girls' mother said the suspect bought alcohol for her daughter on June 5 after picking up the two girls and a juvenile friend. The friend had met the suspect on the Internet. The suspect apparently got her daughters' phone numbers when they gave their friend the numbers when the friend didn't take her own phone with her to meet the suspect.

The friends' parents reportedly have contacted Milton police about the suspects' interactions with her.

Dominic Marcus Camargo, 35, of Canton, was arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor (felony) and purchasing alcohol for a minor (misdemeanor). He remained in Fulton County Jail in lieu of $1,500 bond.

The following arrest information was supplied by the . It does not indicate a conviction. For questions about this blotter, email Bob Pepalis.

Very scary man!! He was released from prison June 2011 and has started his predator behavior again! He was convicted three times for aggravated stalking, arson, drugs, and vandalism. His probation officer has been contacted by the parents of all of the recent young victims, but for some reason isn't taking the necessary steps to revoke his probation!! The warrant has been issued and all the probation officer has to do is get the judge to sign it and this bad man goes back to jail to serve his time!! What will it take?! A young girl to go missing and found dead?

Well said! It's time for the communities to step up and get these guys away from our kids. Imagine what he has done and we just don't know about it. I'll bet there are people he has hurt who are just scared to say anything. Come on Canton! Let's get people like this out of our city.

The real culprits and the cause are the liquor merchants using puppet alcoholic politicians that gather weak addicts like the man above to vote in referendums. The referendums last November to legalize alcohol on Sunday was disgraceful. The republican and democrat parties are controlled by powerful chain stores and will legalize liquor although they know it kills and destroys. Legal alcohol is a shame, disgrace, and death to all in a community. It destroys men's minds and makes them molesters of children.

Publix, Kroger, Wal-Mart, Eckerds, Walgreen, Ingles, alcoholic cafes, and liquor stores
using addicted mayors, city council people, law enforcement people, lawyers, and state representatives to legalize alcohol out of a lack of love for victims are the worst of citizens. They seek freedom from defending communities and the cruel right of making money from the victims. Vast chain stores have the wealth to bribe governors, legislators, and even Churches to flood towns with alcohol. People have to pay to jail, feed, and heal the human wreckage. It's a shame and disgrace that great, wealthy, and powerful stores would love money so much and people so little that they would kill to get their money. Billy Joe Parker Georgia Prohibition

The problem here is not the stores that sell alcohol. It is the propensity of weak personalities to engage in addictive behavior. When you go to a bank and look over the counter at all the money, do you feel an urge to steal? Probably not, as your sense of responsibility overcomes your greed. Same with many choices in this world.

Sounds like this guy needs some serious help...but he will not find it in our just-us system.

Billy Joe - you are way off! This man is a predator! This has nothing to do with your "Georgia Prohibition" effort. He is a habitual STALKER who lures young innocent girls into his web and causes pain and trauma! Sadly the police can only charge him with purchasing alcohol for a minor. Something must be done to get people like him off the streets and in jail!

Is there really still a Prohibition party in Georgia?
Wahrheit-Teller July 14, 2012 at 01:13 am
I suspect Billy is just using this to get his platform out there.

To Wahrheit-Teller
As far as I know, I'm the only member of the Prohibition Party in Georgia. It is a very weak third party. It's website is www.prohibitionparty.org. It's true I use the sad cases of human tragedies to interest people in cleaning up the state and making it a safe and happy place for children and for everybody. I believe your name,Wahrheit-Teller, is German meaning "Truth-Plate." My purpose is to serve truth on a plate to all in Georgia to make Georgia a better, happier place to live. The Prohibition Party is the only party whose first issue is human life. Without your life, all other things are meaningless to you. Best wishes, Billy Joe Parker

Answer to Loyd Fullmer: Do I feel an urge to steal when I see a lot of money at the bank? No, nor do you. But when you are a manager of a large chain of stores and in bitter competititon with other chain stores and you look at a state full of people and you only want their money to make you top chain store, you may be tempted to sell them something that will kill, injure, and destroy some of them. Their money will mean more to you than their lives. You will go all out, bribe, and do other things to control the governments of the state and towns. If you are a customer of that company's food or wine or both, you will perhaps love the food and wine and the chain store that supplies them more than those in your community who are dying because of the wine. The company and the politicians who are addicted will gather you to vote in a referendum to legalize the wine that may one day destroy you and your family. It only takes one drunk staggering out of a cafe to wipe out a whole family on the road. I'm sorry we disagree and are adversaries. Best wishes,
Billy Joe Parker

Howdy, Jessica,
Unfortunately you are in great error. This has everything to do with Georgia Prohibition whose goal is to eliminate the cause that lure men into molestation. Our police are excellent in taking stalkers off the street if they are aware of them. The cause is society that is so fallen that they remove Christian restraints that help keep the enormously strong desire for sex in men under control. Georgia Prohibition is interested in prevention as well as arrests. If you look at the ladies' magazines in a grocery store as you check out, you will see the alluring near naked women. Alcohol deforms the mind and gives the feeling that every thing you want is right. The liquor, filthy movies, alluring female magazine covers. Molesters are human beings and need to be stopped. Society makes molesters. Best wishes, Billy Joe Parker

I know there are prohibition parties in other states, which you can find that information here http://www.politics1.com/parties.htm
The problem with one issue parties, is that people don't generally vote for one issue. It is more and more a checklist of things.
Billy Joe Parker July 14, 2012 at 12:26 pm
True. The national Prohibition Party has other issues. Its platform can be found on www prohibitionparty.org. However, I have concentrated on the issue of alcohol because of its clear and present danger to every life in the state. DUI takes about 400 lives each year. The absence of people, power, wealth, and interest, I feel, should not be allowed to obscure a deadly truth and keep the people blind. I joined the Prohibition Party a few years ago just to be a donating member, but an executive of the party asked me to start a state party in Georgia. He advised me to not use the name Prohibition and to not use just one issue. I did not think that moral or just. I felt that leaving a deadly truth obscured is to join it in destroying the lives. I have been working on the alcohol issue since AD 1987. I joined the Prohibition Party soon after 2001. I have seen too many destroyed children and adults, too many injured for life, too many men turned to molestation to ever give up the issue of alcohol. I felt it was immoral to stop warning the people and leave them in darkness captives to those who would destroy their lives to get their money. I knew some German and I recognized the first part of your name meant truth. I put your name on the machine translator on Word 7 and found that Teller in German meant plate. it described perfectly my intentions--to deliver truth to the people so that they living in darkness may see a great light.
Thanks, Best wishes.

WTF??? Alcohol is also why this country even made it to the revolution. Why we were able to head out west and search our own territories. It has brought upon leaps of science and medicine.
I drink beer, and not once has touching a child popped into my mind. So take your fear mongering, crazed overly conservative point of view to yourself.
nopenope July 20, 2012 at 02:05 pm
Because the probation office doesnt care what you do as long as you pee clean.
They are their to collect your money, and that is it . When i was on it when i was a younger I met mine the day i was inducted, and for the entire year never saw her again. Got put on call in probation mid way through. Never had a drug test, Never had a true conversation with my officer. But also when i would walk in to the office i was treated like a dog, Subhuman that isnt a part of civil society. so that thanked god every time i filled out the "hey i showed up and ive paid my money form" and got out quick. Or was able to just call and say hey still in town still paying thanks.
nopenope July 20, 2012 at 02:09 pm
Youre right. Christ never turned water into wine..... because its alcohol...
Monks didnt discover how to brew beer, and whiskey. Your christian prohibition stand point is INVALID. I have never , not once got drunk and though. Im going to rape her, or man that child on tv looks sexy. I have watched porn, but even still women read porn "50 shades of grey" so who cares. Drinking doesnt make people sexual deviants they are sexual deviants before they drank.
