Authorities ID Dead Woman

The woman killed in has been identified as 30-year-old Amy Finn Watkins of Canton.

Six others were injured in the wreck, which occurred at 3:07 p.m. on the Marietta Highway off ramp at Interstate 575 North, exit No. 14.

James Watson, also of Canton, was among the injured, said Sgt. Stacy Bailey, spokeswoman for the . Watson, 69, was transported to  in Marietta with cuts to his head,  spokesman Tim Cavender said.

Two other unidentified women, the 33-year-old driver of a black Chevrolet truck and her 53-year-old passenger, had minor injuries. Three unidentified children, a 12-year-old boy, a 7-year-old girl and a 4-year-old girl in the back seat, were transported to  in Sandy Springs with non-life threatening injuries.

The accident remains under investigation, Bailey said.
