Alleged Easter Robber Arrested

Just before 3 a.m. April 8, Adams threw a rock through the glass door on the left side of the gas station.

"He then enters and immediately runs around behind the counter where the cigarettes are stored above the register," Bailey said last week. "The suspect removes the first pack and places it on the counter, before removing an additional 2-3 packs of what appear to be Marlboro Lights and flees out the same door he previously entered."

That same day, Adams was arrested.
A Canton officer saw the images and recognized Adams as the same individual he'd pulled over on a traffic stop, according to a report in today's Cherokee Tribune.
