What justice? You dont know the whole story. Patch didnt even get it right, the 7 year old broke her arm not her leg. And the infant is no longer in critical conditon. You people need to learn the whole truth before you start pointing fingers

What's justice have to do with an accident?

What matters is that they are all okay and the baby is doing much better.

KR: You need to complain to the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office, which sent out a release to all metro Atlanta media outlets indicating that the 7-year-old broke her leg. Here is the verbatim press release: "Cherokee Sheriff’s deputies responded to a single car accident at approximately 5:40pm Friday afternoon on Highway 108 near James White Trail in Waleska. The car, driven by Joey Holloway, 27 years old of Canton, collided with a tree after leaving the roadway. There were three juvenile passengers in the vehicle. The passengers were all girls ages 7, 4, and 2. The seven year old was transported to Scottish Rite and suffered a broken leg. The 4 year old was also taken to Scottish Rite and received bumps and bruises from the accident. The 2 year old was taken by ambulance to Kennestone but then later flown by helicopter to Scottish Rite with a skull fracture. She remains in the ICU and is critical condition. Holloway received no serious injury in the accident. All three children are relatives of Holloway; the 2 year old is his daughter. The cause of the accident remains under investigation. No charges have been filed at this time." And if you need further proof, the AJC reported the exact same thing. (http://www.ajc.com/news/cherokee/2-year-old-in-1423239.html)
