Did I miss something?

Is it just me, or have the local mug shots disappeared from Patch? I checked them almost daily so I would know the faces of locals that might concern me, and suddenly they are gone......., and now they have been replaced with Justin Bieber? Did I miss an explanation from Patch, or did they just vanish? Thanks to anyone that can offer an explanation. I really would rather know who is down at the Univeter Pokey than what some gold chain wearing thug wannabe is doing. Thanks.
