Obituary: Rev. J.W. Watson, 89

The following obituary was submitted by Darby Funeral Home:

The Rev. J.W. Watson, 89, of Ball Ground passed away on Monday Nov. 11, 2013, at his residence. 

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13 from the Chapel of the Darby Funeral Home with Rev. Ricky Waters officiating. 

Interment will follow in the Union Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery.  The family received friends on Tuesday and will continue to do so today between 10 a.m. until the funeral hour.  

Survivors are wife Laura Belle Watson of Ball Ground; sons and daughters-in-law, Johnny and Annette Watson of Ball Ground; Ted and Nancy Watson of Ball Ground; daughters and sons-in-law Jan and Danny Richards of Talking Rock; Ginny & Kenny Collett of Jasper; brothers and sister-in-law Wilburn and Louise Watson of Canton; Raymond Watson of McDonough; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews also survive.
