Mary L. West, 63, of Ball Ground, passed away on Friday, February 21, 2014 at Heritage Hospice in Marietta.
Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 24, 2014 at the Sosebee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Clyde Boling and Rev. Ed Saye officiating. Interment will follow in Macedonia Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 6 pm until 10 pm and Sunday from 10 am until 10 pm at the funeral home.
West was a member of Bethelview Baptist Church and a paraprofessional with the Cherokee County Board of Education. She enjoyed arts and crafts and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Charles West of Ball Ground; children, Dwayne West of Canton and Teresa West of Ball Ground; grandchildren, Beau West, Drew West and Jacob Whaley; sister, Margaret Hudgins of Dahlonega.
