In Memory: Azzie Lee Hasty, R.T. Jones Hospital Nurse
Azzie Lee Hasty will be laid to rest today at Sardis Baptist Church in Canton.
The following obituary was submitted by Darby Funeral Home:
Azzie Lee Hasty, 91, of Canton passed away Friday, Dec. 13, 2013, at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 17 at 2 p.m. from Sardis Baptist Church in Canton with the Rev. Charles Davis officiating.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation was held on Monday at Darby Funeral Home. Survivors are son and daughter-in-law Raymond and Marilyn Hasty of Woodstock; daughters Sarah Zimny of Decatur and Susan Hasty of Smyrna; also surviving are seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Hasty was a registered nurse at R.T. Jones Hospital.
