“The Home Depot representatives spent a full day with the students and made a huge impact on their lives,” Principal Sheryl Gould said.

As part of the new partnership, representatives from the company will visit the school to teach classes and continue to improve the greenhouse area with additional planting stations and more.

“It is always a pleasure to work alongside companies and individuals who are willing to give of themselves to see others achieve,” Principal Gould said. “Education is not always about curriculum and making the grade, it is sometimes simply about sharing your smile, giving a  pat on the back and letting students know that they are worthy of receiving your knowledge and time.  And in this field of education, The Home Depot staff has shown they are highly qualified in all areas.”
