Hickory Flat Library Book Sale Sponsored by Friends of the Library

The Cherokee County Friends of the
Library are hosting a used book sale at the Hickory Flat Public Library, 2740
East Cherokee Drive, Canton (770-345-7565).  A preview sale for Friends’ members is
scheduled for Thursday, August 15th from 4:00pm until 6:00pm.  Annual memberships are available at the door starting
at $15.00.

 The book sale is open to the public on Friday, August 16th
from 10:00am until 5:00pm and Saturday, August 17th from 10:00am
until 4:00pm. 

 Fiction and non-fiction paperback and hardback books are
$.50 and $1.00, respectively, with specialty books from $2.00 and up.  Children’s books are $.10 up to $1.00.  Videos, DVDs, CDs, books on tape, and
cassettes start at $.50.  All proceeds
from the sale go to the library to purchase books and library materials.
