Shiitake Mushroom Inoculation Classes

We have classes on How to Inoculate Shiitake Mushrooms.  We teach on select Tuesdays and Saturdays through the spring of 2013.  Our classes cost $45 and includes a tour of our Mushroom Meadow and how we grow our mushrooms.  Includes Tasty Farm Made Lunch and drinks plus all the information and booklets you will need to continue growing shiitakes for years to come.  During the hands on part of the class you will inoculate your very first log and take it home with you to have as the beginning of your years of mushrooms to come.
