Crosscut: A Visual Odyssey in Photography and Art at Cherokee Arts Center

Crosscut: A Visual Odyssey in Photography and Art. Four

artists will exhibit and sell their diverse artwork at the Cherokee Arts Center

in downtown Canton, Georgia from Friday, September 6th through Friday, September
27th. The exhibition will be held in the gallery located in the lower level of
the historic Arts Center. Crosscut will feature two national artists - Bo Bice
(painting and photography) and Lisa LaRue (photographic compositions); and two
local artists - Mark Waterbury (photography and computer manipulated

photography) and Mikel Estes (paintings and pen-and-ink drawings).



On Friday, September 6th, a
reception featuring appearances by the four Crosscut artists will be held at
the Cherokee Arts Center from 6:30pm until 8:30pm. It is open to the public and
will offer complimentary beverages and hors d'oeuvres. Live acoustic music
will be performed by Bo Bice and John Baker, formerly of prog rock band Mars
Hollow.
