2. In Case You Missed It: Canton Police are attempting to identify the body of a Hispanic man that was discovered behind the Canton Marketplace Sunday morning. Police ask that anyone with information in the "suspicious" death to please call 911.

On This Date in History: On Dec. 10, 1941, Britain's Royal Navy got an unwelcome surprise when Japanese torpedo bombers sank the battleships HMS Prince of Wales and HMS Repulse in the Pacific Ocean. The loss of these two battleships along with the attack on Pearl Harbor three days earlier helped convince Allied leaders that air power was now the decisive factor in navail warfare.
