Morning Briefing: County Adopts Budget

Here's what's going on in Canton this Thursday Morning.

5. On This Date in History: On Nov. 8, 1942, American and British forces invaded Vichy French-occupied North Africa in the opening stages of Operation Torch. The weak French resistance to the Allied invasion convinced Nazi Germany to invade unoccupied parts of France, which they had conquered in 1940.

You plan on actually giving us something on the Budget? The headline and the content don't come close to matching - that is frustrating.
