Andrew Lichtenstadter, the 22-year-old man who was the focus of a Mattie's Call search after he wandered away from a Smyrna group home, has been found safe, according to 11Alive News.

Sgt. Dana Pierce with the Cobb County Police Department was not immediately available for comment. Smyrna-Vinings Patch has more on this story.

Bicyclist Killed in Hit-and-Run Accident on South Marietta Parkway - Marietta Patch

A bicyclist was killed in a hit-and-run accident on South Marietta Parkway Wednesday morning, according to the The Marietta Daily Journal andWSBTV and 11Alive

The bicyclist was struck by a vehicle near the Cobb Community Transit bus terminal on South Marietta Parkway.

The victim, Joseph "Deaf Joe" Gathambiri, was a native Kenyan. He worked at a Burger King in Marietta, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Marietta Patch has more on this story.

Edgewood Court Residents Throw Bricks at APD Cruisers After Brutality Claims - East Atlanta Patch

Two Atlanta Police cars were hit by bricks Tuesday evening when they attempted to pass through a scheduled demonstration against police brutality and an incident that happened just a day before at Edgewood Court Apartments.

Cell phone footage provided to CBS Atlantashows an arrest being made on Monday that involved multiple police officers swinging batons and their fists at a suspect as he lay on the ground.  According to CBS, "a man became aggressive toward police when they arrested his brother during a domestic violence call."

The man seen in the video getting beaten, is supposedly the brother of the man that they came to arrest for a domestic dispute.  Witnesses told CBS that a crowd of nearly 50 people began to form around the police officers, and they too were threatened by officers with batons. 2 More Women Accuse Waffle House CEO of Sexual Impropriety - Buckhead Patch

New court documents filed by the attorneys of a former female personal assistant for Waffle House board chairman Joe Rogers Jr. reveal that two other women have accused the Buckhead resident of sexual impropriety.

Both Rogers and Mye Brindle, an Acworth woman employed by Rogers from 2003 until June 2012, have filed lawsuits against each other.

Brindle accuses Rogers of forcing her to have sex with him during her time as his employee, and Rogers accuses Brindle of attempted extortion to get money from him with threats of releasing sex tapes she had made of the two together. Rogers has admitted to a consensual sexual relationship with Brindle. Buckhead Patch has more on this story.
