Confession Number 2

Passion!!

 Everyone has one or maybe a few. I think of how passion is born. Step one your eyes lock (only kidding). I finally met some of the other candidates,  and  one or two of the sitting Council. I attended the City Council meeting on Thursday night. This wasn’t the first time. I have been to a few. This one was different.  Several  people attended. I instantly knew the other Candidates because we  all  sat up front and we all had that passionate gleam in our eyes. The  confidence that our particular set of ideals will be  just the right mix the voters are looking for, and of course, the, I am going to win this campaign poise. There is no denying the commitment we all feel to Canton. It made me think of how and why I decided to get so passionate about running.. Passion is born out of pure love , need, or  anger. I am passionate about  being a nurse , about educating the people who also want to care for  others in my business.  I  am passionate about my Husband, my Children and grandchildren, and our Military,    . Let me get off the soap box. What you are passionate about?

My Passion for running for Canton Council was born out of all three, I love this City. I can fill Cantons needs, and yes I was Angry too. I think  supporting the people who support us will make us  stronger. I am passionate about Canton. About your neighborhood, my neighborhood  and  all of Canton. The Idea of making Canton a place where people want to live, work and be proud to call home is exciting. If we all had a little extra Passion to pass along to our Canton just imagine what kind of City we could have. We all win.
