Canton Resident Joins Windsong Properties

Windsong Properties is growing again! This time, the active adult home builder is excited to welcome Andrew Coles to the team. Andrew brings 22-plus years of construction experience to the company. A resident of Canton, he is a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and the 2013 president of Southeast Cherokee Business Network.

A graduate of Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom, Coles owned Churchill’s Home Improvement Services in Cherokee County before joining Windsong Properties. As owner, he earned numerous customer service and excellence awards from GuildQuality, an organization which conducts surveys to ensure customer satisfaction.

Every two years, Coles completes 14 hours of continuing education in order to stay a Georgia State Licensed Residential Contractor. In addition to keeping up with his education, Coles attends numerous seminars and courses offered by Shinn Consulting, a leader in the home-building industry. He also follows online journals, blogs and websites including Houzz, Pinterest and Builder Online.

Along with his passion for the building industry, Coles is an avid tennis player. He serves as captain of a local men’s ALTA and USTA tennis team. He has also coached soccer for his children’s teams for the past 12 years.

Coles and his wife reside in Canton with their two teenage children.
