Dominium is looking for a maintenance supervisor for a 145-unit apartment complex in Canton. The supervisor will be responsible for the overall aesthetics of the complex and for overseeing the work of the maintenance staff.
Candidates must have at least two years experience with multi-family property maintenance supervision and experience with electrical, plumbing, and other aspects of maintenance. EPA and CPO certification is required.
