The is a great addition to the Woodstock area. It has so many menu options. Each one is a healthy portion. This location has had many occupants, but the Towne Lake Diner has attracted the locals in a big way.

Overview: It is located on Eagle Drive just across from . The owners are eager to please and very sociable. You immediately feel welcome in this neighborhood eatery.

Décor: The diner is spacious, with booths lining the walls and an outdoor eating area as well. There’s a counter area available also. The room is bright and bustling with wait staff serving hungry customers. There’s a dessert carousel with mouthwatering cakes and pies to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Entrees: If you’re hungry for something, usually the diner will have it. The eclectic menu contains everything from burgers to grilled tilapia. Towne Lake Diner's country fried steak with mashed potatoes is quite satisfying and very filling. The brown gravy on the steak is so good. Make sure to ask for a side of the gravy for your potatoes. Give the paninis a try, too. They won’t disappoint. Towne Lake Diner is a great place for a weekend breakfast or lunch. Prices for entrées are mostly under $10.

Service: The owners are very attentive and mingle throughout the diner. The wait staff is on the ball and orders are served quickly.

Hours: The diner is open Monday through Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The Towne Lake Diner is at 2990 Eagle Dr., Woodstock. It is approximately 10 miles from Canton and 5 miles from Holly Springs.
