Recipe: Parmesan Tilapia
Pair with some steamed broccoli or some fresh spinach with Dijon vinaigrette for a healthy addition to this tasty dish.
Parmesan tilapia is one of my easy go-to dinner recipes. It’s so delicious and so easy to prepare. There’s not a lot of ingredients and you can use any mild white fish that’s on sale that week. I like to buy the bags of individually frozen tilapia filets. That way, I can take out what I need for that day. Pair with some steamed broccoli or some fresh spinach with Dijon vinaigrette for a healthy addition to this tasty dish.
This is also a great recipe to make for company. It’s so easy to place all the fish on a baking sheet and top with the sauce. Just pop it in the oven and you have an entrée for everyone.
