Why Go: It's a sure sign of fall in Canton when the Riverfest Arts and Crafts Festival comes around. This is the 27th year of the festival sponsored by the Service League of Cherokee County. The activities include a children's area, live entertainment, a marketplace, concessions and arts and crafts of more than 200 exhibitors.

Why Go: Two great family movie choices at two outdoor locations makes for a great family time Saturday night. will be shown at Weatherby Park at dusk with gates opening at 7 p.m. will be on the big screen in Brown Park at 7:30 p.m. Bring chairs and blankets. There will be food and drink vendors available. No alcohol allowed.

Why Go: The Canton Theatre Gospel Series concerts are a wonderfully inspirational night of beautiful gospel music. The Kingsmen takes the stage with special guest Shady Grove for a terrific family night of music.

Pricing: $20; Kids 12 and younger are free.

Where/When: Reinhardt University's Falany Performing Arts Center; 3 p.m. Sunday

Why Go: You won't want to miss this group of Native American Music Awards-nominated musicians. They compose and perform original songs along with ancient songs that blend Native American and Celtic music. Get out and enjoy a Sunday afternoon concert with the whole family.

Pricing: $25; $20 for seniors and children.
