The will honor four individuals and businesses for their work to preserve historic sites in Cherokee County. In addition to recognizing these preservation efforts, the Historical Society is pleased to welcome speaker Robert B. Williams, senior curator of the Bentley Rare Book Gallery and assistant vice president for library systems, emeritus, at Kennesaw State University. Williams has a keen eye for rare and collectable books which he has nurtured over his career beginning with his studies at Cambridge in England. He will share his personal experiences and knowledge with guests at the banquet.
