Meet Wilbur!
Wilbur is a medium-sized, adult male Beagle mix currently residing at the Cherokee County Animal Shelter. Wilbur has been vaccinated, tested for heartworm and given an initial flea and tick preventative. Once Wilbur is adopted, he will be neutered and microchipped.
