Action on Canton Water Rates Possible Tonight

4. Tonight, the Cherokee County Board of Education is expected to confirm  Managing Editor Barbara Jacoby as the school system's spokeswoman. Jacoby replaces Mike McGowan, who had his fourth DUI arrest in Georgia on Dec. 17. Karon Warren has a preview of the school board meeting coming up at 6 a.m.
