Sidewalk Chalk Summertime Fun; The Art of Practicing Fine Motor Skills

In the Toddler classroom, the children participate in outdoor activities that continue to build upon the lessons indoors.  Drawing with sidewalk chalk helps children develop the fine motor skills that will lead to easy manipulation needed for manuscript and cursive writing, cutting with scissors, pulling up zippers and many more activities in everyday life.
